Hello fellow land investors, I’m Shane. I was born in Michigan, raised in Florida, and currently live in Arizona. I believe that the dream of owning private property should be available to everyone. I am offering a wide variety of off-grid affordable land all over Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, and Florida. I worked in commercial real estate for a while and started investing in raw land while I was in law school. I love exploring the great outdoors and staying active outside and I have chosen to focus on my backyard of sunny Arizona, but also invest all over the southwest, midwest, and Florida.
Over time, I have tested and refined my system for buying land at unbelievable discounts and passing the savings on to my buyers. On average, I sell these vacant lots for 50-80% below market value and I am not interested in squeezing out more profit in each transaction. My goal is to sell many lots over time and to have many satisfied clients who want to continue buying land from me over and over again.
